**톡스토어** **연동방법**

1. 톡스토어 판매자 정보 관리에 접속
2. 판매자 센터 > 판매자 정보 > 판매채널 저보관리 > API인증키 복사
3. 계정연동 입력 폼에 API인증키 붙여넣기
4. 카카오톡 스토어 정보 스토어명 > 씨그로 '도메인'에 입력

**연동이 되지 않는 경우**\
'신규 앱 생성' 버튼을 눌러 새로운 API를 받아 입력하셨는지 확인 해주세요!

**결제금액 수집 정책**

톡스토어 결제금액 = 통합 주문관리 > 정산기준금액 + 기본배송비 금액 + 도서산간 추가 배송비 금액

*정산기준금액 = (상품 판매가 - 판매자 즉시할인 - 소문내기 판매자 할인금액 - 톡딜 판매자 할인금액 + 옵션 추가금액) \* 주문수량 - 판매자 할인쿠폰 금액*

**특이사항**

1. 해당 측에서 특정 데이터를 늦게 제공하는 경우가 잦으니 매출이 정확하지 않을 경우 '상담창에 재수집 요청' 부탁드립니다.

**취소/환불 정책**\
예시)\
1월 5일 결제가 일어난 뒤 1월 6일에 취소/환불한 경우 1월 5일 결제금액을 '0원'으로 변경
