## **스마트스토어 연동방법**

**연동방법**

1\. 계정연동 > 새연동/기존 계정 연동 변경 버튼 클릭 > 커머스 솔루션 바로가기

2\. 커머스 솔루션 바로가기 버튼 > \[가이드]와 \[솔루션 마켓] 탭이 동시에 열립니다.

3\. 커머스솔루션마켓 -> 사용하기\
(\* 스토어 계정이 여러개인 경우 연동 할 당시 왼쪽 상단 로그인 되어있는 스토어명을 확인하시어\
'추가하기'버튼 누르신 뒤 '5번'에서 동일한 스토어명을 선택해주셔야 합니다.)

4\. 커머스 ID 인증

5.브랜드 선택

6.새 연동 / 기존 연동방법 변경 중 선택

7.별칭 입력 후 완료

**결제금액 수집 정책**

스마트스토어 결제금액 = 상품별 총 주문금액 + 배송비\
경로 : 판매관리 > 주문통합검색 및 발송(주문) 확인/발송관리 \
\&#xNAN;*\*네이버 할인지원금까지 -마이너스 적용합니다.*

**특이사항**

1. 스마트 스토어는 '수수료'가 자동 수집됩니다. '판매 수수료' 페이지에서 따로 입력하지 마세요!\
   \&#xNAN;**\*만약 입력 하셨을 경우 상담창에 문의 남겨주세요.**

**취소/환불 정책**\
예시)\
1월 5일 결제가 일어난 뒤 1월 6일에 취소/환불한 경우 1월 5일 결제금액을 '0원'으로 변경
