**결제금액 수집 정책**

사방넷 결제금액 = 주문관리 > 주문서 확인처리 > 주문합계\
검색옵션 : 일자 > **수집일** / 금액선택 : **총 결제금액**

**특이사항**

1. 사방넷은 **오전11시, 오후 4시**로 하루에 2번 수집됩니다.
2. 사방넷 검색 옵션에 '**수집일**'로 설정했을 때 데이터가 없을 경우 씨그로에 수집이 되지 않습니다.
3. 제품 '매핑'이 되어있지 않은 경우 정상 수집이 어렵습니다. 사방넷 내 '매핑'작업을 꼭 진행해주세요.
4. 해당 채널은 원가, 수수료 데이터를 모두 수집해오고 있습니다.
5. 사방넷에 연결되어있는 채널이 씨그로와도 직접 연동이 되어있다면 데이터가 중복되어 보일 수 있습니다.\
   (ex. 사방넷에 연결된 스마트스토어 & 씨그로와 직접 연동한 스마트스토어)\
   위 경우 상담창에 문의 남겨주시면 중복된 데이터를 제외해드리도록 하겠습니다.

**취소/환불 정책**\
예시)\
1월 5일 결제가 일어난 뒤 1월 6일에 취소/환불한 경우 1월 5일 결제금액을 '0원'으로 변경
