**결제금액 수집 정책**

이지어드민 결제금액 = 이지어드민 > 주문배송관리 > 주문관리 > 확장주문검색2

**검색옵션**<br>

1. 기간 > 주문일
2. C/S > 정상
3. 상태 > 전체

**특이사항**

1. 이지어드민은 **오전11시, 오후 4시**로 하루에 2번 수집됩니다.
2. 이지어드민에 연결되어있는 채널이 씨그로와도 직접 연동이 되어있다면 데이터가 중복되어 보일 수 있습니다.\
   (ex. 이지어드민에 연결된 스마트스토어 & 씨그로와 직접 연동한 스마트스토어)\
   위 경우 상담창에 문의 남겨주시면 중복된 데이터를 제외해드리도록 하겠습니다.
3. 이지어드민 비밀번호 변경 후에는 씨그로 서비스 내에 변경된 비밀번호를 입력해주세요.\
   경로 : 이지어드민 > 수정버튼(연필모양) > 별칭 및 비밀번호 입력

**취소/환불 정책**\
예시)\
1월 5일 결제가 일어난 뒤 1월 6일에 취소/환불한 경우 1월 5일 결제금액을 '0원'으로 변경
